Simone King is the General Manager of Ursula King Travel Simone has over 20 years in travel including time with airlines and in customer service roles at Sydney International Airport. Simone is responsible for the operational management of the company and ensures our service standards meet the expectations of our clients.
Sharyn Kitchener is our Sales and Marketing Manager. Based in Victoria, Sharyn is responsbile for the marketing activities for all our corporate and leisure clients and also looks after the Client Relationship Management for our Melbourne based clients. Sharyn has been with UKT for over 19 years and has held various positions in the agency from International Consultant through to Manager. Sharyn has a wealth of expertise in Business Development and works with our management team in securing new business.
Donna Xuereb, Business Development Manager, joined UKT in 2006 and will be working with our managment team to develop new business. Donna has been in the travel industry for over 20 years, primarily as a Business Development Manager in Hotel sales.
Steven Pike is our Operations Manager. He has over 15 years experience in the travel industry gained from previous roles in corporate/leisure consulting and team leading. Steven's main focus is staff and client wellbeing as well as managing day-to-day office operations, issues and increasing efficiencies.
Corporate-International: Our dedicated team of senior consultants, Vickie White, Toula Liondis and Terrye Pepper-Hill handle all the international travel arrangements for our Corporate clients. They are all experienced in the day to day rush that is business travel and have collectively worked with UKT for over 15 years.
Corporate-Domestic: Our Corporate-Domestic team consists of Kelly Houghton and Yvette Kari. Together they have over 12 years travel experience and work to provide our corporate clients with exceptional service they have come to expect from Ursula King Travel.
Leisure Travel: Our Leisure Team loves planning detailed and unique holidays for our clients. Mario Paez, Karen Dinsdale and Judy Trumpmanis know the "Art of Travel" and use their vast experience to assist our clients with their vacation travel.
In using the resources available to us through our select membership in Virtuoso, the leisure team have access to premium product with special inclusions and are able to offer our clients unique holiday itineraries.
Administration: Our administration team is managed by Penny Murdolo, CFO. Caroline Cooper and Kim Mitchell look after the day to day financial operation and work with Penny to run this successful part of our business.
