Calling Overseas

There are now super low rates to call overseas from Australia using the Ursula King Travel Phone card:
- 3.9 cents per min to call UK, USA and New Zealand
- 4.9 cents per min to call Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan
- 4.9 cents per min national calls in Australia (capital cities)

Calling from overseas back to Australia

Calling home from overseas couldn't be easier.
It is now cheaper to call back to Australia for your customers travelling overseas;
38 c/min from the majority of overseas travel destinations. This is savings of up to 70% versus using a hotel phone or roaming mobile overseas.

HOW TO MAKE A CALL

Within Australia-

Dial the 1300 or 1800 access number as shown on your card and wait for prompt
Enter your PIN number as shown on the back of your phonecard
Follow the instruction to make a call
- For International calls: Dial country code + area code + phone number
- For National calls: Dial area code + phone number

Outside Australia-

Dial the International Toll free access number of the country you are calling from (see list below)
Enter your PIN number as shown on the back of your card
Follow the instructions to place call
- To call Australia: Dial 61 (country code) + area code (drop the "0") + phone number
- To call any other number (including the country youa re calling from): Dial 61 + area code + phone number

* Some hotels may charge a connection fee (please check with hotel) and some pay phones may require coins.

VOICEMAIL

Give the following phone number to your friends, relatives or business associates to leave you messages:
- 1300 786 914 within Australia + 61 2 9004 0460 from Overseas.
They will also need your voice mailbox number which is located in the bottom right hand corner on the back of your phonecard.
They simply call the phone number above to leave a message. You will be informed of any messages received when you next use your phonecard.

RECHARGE

You can add additional calling time to your phonecard from overseas or within Australia. Just have your PIN and credit card ready.

Overseas-

Simply dial the Toll free number of the country you are in, hold the line and an operator will answer your call.

Australia-

Simply call Customer Care on 1300 787 289 and follow the prompts to recharge.

Online-

Recharge now on our recharge website. Have your PIN number and credit card details ready.

ISSUES FROM SOME COUNTRIES

Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Guam, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden and Switzerland
- Payphones may need "Coins" or "Local Phone Card" or "Swipe of Credit Card to get a dial tone.
Chile, Fiji and Thailand
- Service not available from payphones
Fiji, Indonesia and Thailand
- Some hotels may require Toll free number to be connected from reception
UK and Spain
- Some payphones may require * to be pressed after the Toll free number has been dialled to gain a dial tone
China
- Service available from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen only
Hong Kong
- If using a payphone, only yellow payphone can be used
Hungary
- From some payphones wait for a second dial tone after dial 00
Indonesia
- Can only be used from IDD enabled phones. Cannot be used from a mobile phone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates shown in $AUD per minute and are GST inclusive.
Rates correct at 1/06/2005 and are subject to change without notice.
All calls billed in 60 second increments and a 59c connection fee applies to all calls.
A charge will apply for operator connected calls.
Higher rates apply when calling to mobiles, and calls made from mobile phones may be charged by your mobile carrier.
Rates advertised when using 1300 798 636.
A 29c surcharge applies when dialling the Australian 1800 980 636 access number.
You acknowlegde that GCS shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequence or error in the palcement, or "patch through" of any call using the card.
GCS is not liable for any loss of any Voice Mail messages held on it's system.
Calls placed with the card overseas use the the telephone facilities of the country in which the call is made and are subject to the quaility of the service provided by those facilities and accepts no liability arising either directly or indirectly from the use of the card.
